I would promote Brady and try and get a top DC
You keep the culture, you keep the top 5 offense the same, you let the DC only have to worry about defense

Yet the pats, rams, Seahawks, etc are all somehow holding offenses down in the playoffs ….
Pats played a mediocre offense and have a good offense
Seahawks played a beat up 9ers
Rams played the Bears, one of the most up and down offenses in the league
Far more of roster and gm issue with the Bills. McDermott is a scapegoat

They went 6 playoff games in a row, an nfl record, without a qb turnover
Yeah. Seeing Josh Allen shite the bed in that game was surprising to say the least.
I love Allen, but you can't have your worst games when they matter most.

Beane should have been fired first

How embarrassing do the bengals look for keeping Zach Taylor
In fairness, if they would have fired him this year they would be competing with nine other teams for a head coach, which means they would be getting their tenth choice at the position.
Might be better to just wait one more year.

Nothing burger.
He's a DEFENSIVE minded HC.
His DEFENSE blew.
REPEATEDLY

Hell that’s a miracle it happened that few. The Pats won with 3 qb turnovers just yesterday
If you want to win a Super Bowl you are going to have to win at least 1 game because of your defense. At least 1
Your plan can’t be
“We score 35 pts with 300 yards passing and 3 tds no turnovers for 4 straight games against the top teams “

I wasn't expecting the hammer to drop on him like that. Oh well, he's had every opportunity to get this team over the hump and hasn't gotten it done.

That is just completely incorrect as it comes to the playoffs outside of 1 game
Regular season matters too. He’s blown some big regular season games costing his team a 1st round bye
And he’s had multiple playoff games with 3+ turnovers

Yep
Allen shite the bed Saturday. Defense stepped up for sure. Cook ran great but the fumble sucked
That loss was on Allen. Probably his only playoff loss that is his fault since 2020

Yeh, by scoring 40 pts What a great position to be put in
The fact still remains Allen shite himself all game long as the stage was too big for him and cried at the podium.
It’s not like Denver is a doormat offense.

Houston is ahead of Denver in scoring offense

The Denver defense gave up 12 pts more to the bills than their average

bad move, that dude didn't loose the game for them.
GM made a move before he was fired

Once against Baltimore did the bills lean on defense for a playoff win under McDermott.

Lol the bills defense didnt give up all 30. Turnovers led to 6 points for Denver, and if anything give the defense credit for stopping them with the drive starting on their 30

They also shut down the pats and steelers too

Casually leaves out one of the best HCs of all time who won multiple in this time period
They also had this guy named Tom Brady. Why hasn't another team with a defensive head coach won anything this decade then? Much less make the Super Bowl?
