This seems like it'll be one of the 5 good games Melo plays this year since he's all hyped up in a new place.
Nice hedge.

It’s gonna blow your dick off when you see how well Michael Carter-Williams plays.

I had my doubts with MCW, but he has looked good in the preseason, and the preseason for the Rockets in the D'Antoni era has been quite the indicator. MCW will not be a PG in most circumstances with Paul and Harden. He will be asked to be a lengthy playmaker, and I think Houston can really be a place to shine.

I know y’all didn’t watch the Rockets’ preseason games, but Carmelo looked good. So did James Ennis. Michael Carter-Williams really stood out.
I like James Ennis. MCW is a zero, I don't care what he looked like in preseason.
Also Melo is dialed in a bit right now, I'm more interested in game 45 when he's zoned out and going through the motions and CP3 gets on his arse. That's when Melo tends to show his true colors. Maybe this year will be different.

I literally can not wait to watch Melo torpedo what could be a great Rox team.
You're still fam, though, Boom.

MCW is a zero
He averaged 17 ppg in 25 minutes per game in the preseason without even shooting a jumper in addition to really good defense.
His strengths are being maximized and his weaknesses are being eliminated.

Sleepwalk to 60 then 1st round out in playoffs right?

Gentleman sweep or 4 gamer. No squad except for GSW can even put the fear in their heart.

This is called buying into offseason hope. MCW will be a nothing player for y’all over the course of an entire season.

Rank these 4:

MIROTIC

Why would you put Mirotic with those players? He was just ranked the 50th best player in the league.
Hill, MCW and Johnson are all bums.

Idk who would do that bunch
wow.
50. That is ‘second best player on a team’ territory if my math is right.

It was ESPN. Mirotic is a good player.
The other 3 all suck.

The way MCW has been playing within the Rockets’ system is 100% sustainable. Not just during the preseason games, but the team has been talking about his play in practice, and they’re not just blowing smoke.
Other teams have misused him in their systems. I think you will be surprised at how well he plays this year.

P, At the end of this season when some team throws 5 mil a year at him bc they think he will play for them like he played for CC ( see luc moute) we will have some posters here talking bout how will Houston ever replace MCW.
