I'm a contrarian player, so my opinion is always skewed.

However, out of these 2 plays, I think Kansas has a legitimate chance of keeping it very close, possibly even winning the game. As far as NC State goes, I think Tech will prevail, but I'd be leery of a late backdoor TD.

Mark it down... Washington +10 is a lock to cover at Utah. Utah's pass defense is ranked 100th in the country and UW's QB Keith Price is ranked #1 in the country in passing TD's. UW puts up at least 30 points, and Utah will have a tough time putting up over 40 unless they get a 7 turnover day like they did last week.
