I went for the game in 2015. it's a really cool place but man you can't imagine how many people randomly come up to you and ask "Isn't this place great, we are a really cool place to watch a game right.?" as if they need validation.

I think there is good reason to believe that a ton of upsets could happen this season. In most years, the top schools have guys leave early and are playing younger guys than the other schools anyway.
This season all those kids have another year of eligibility so the extremely talented frosh at the top schools are actually competing against 23 year olds in some cases

Never understood why cops look to bust college kids for having a drink. I get its 'illegal' for those not 21 but unless they are out of control I wouldn't care.
It feels like its more to make a buck than it is about 'safety'

When we played them at FedEx a few years ago it was mind blowing how many of the students and younger alumni didn’t even know WVU was one of their major rivals. We explained to a few how toxic and violent these games used to be in the stands
That and they were shocked how many mountaineer fans were at the game, like they thought it was gonna be a de facto home game
The mass amount of out of state kids has killed that SW VA identity you expect from VT

Yep. Been saying this off-season I don’t expect anyone to stay undefeated this year outside of some group of five team. Think it gets crazy.
