As Butch said to Sundance: “Who ARE those guys?”

Big swings from the rook to carry the team to victory. It’s gonna take having different guys be the hero for the current roster to have success. Didn’t like to see the bullpen lose some command of the zone, but as mentioned, usage has been up recently and for the whole year it seems. It would be outstanding if Framber ate up a ton of innings tonight and get a victory. Hate missing the in game thread on these late games, but I’ll take the win any way it comes.

Sounds like George is rookie season. Hopefully he can get the Ks under control

Breg had a hamstring this year that cost him 44 games, a big assumption with not much info but looking like maybe early September? Hopefully closer to a month but not good regardless.

Geno Suarez for Shay Whitcomb, Zack Short, Taylor Trammel and Jon Singleton. Who says no?

Twins made Willi Castro available I thought it read and he’s played some third this year, as well as basically every other position. He’d be a rental

Apart from losing Isaacs power in a lineup that doesnt hit many home runs, his patience at the plate is sorely missed. Isaac lead the team with 49 walks and a 12% walk rate.

Next closest is Altuve. Yes, Jose Altuve has the 2nd highest walk rate on the team. not a great place to be. He followed by Jake and Cam.

Thats a really big loss. Because nobody on the team does what Isaac did with the plate patience.

They’re going to have to get another bat if they want to tread water

The E-Sock injury doesn't outrage me as much as the others. Yes, it definitely sucks, but we all saw him pull up lame and we all knew at that moment he was hurt with a hamstring problem. It isn't a shock that he will miss some time.

On the other hand, we still don't know when, where, or how Jake and Yordan got hurt this year and Tucker last year for that matter. And that aggravates me more for whatever reason.

Yordans hand injury predates his diagnosis for sure. He was hitting. 210 with no power. But he was also terrible in spring training with a ton of strikeouts. Makes you wonder how long they missed it

What would be more fitting than winning one for Ozzy in the sewers?

Yes, a "blister" is the reason.

Our pitching rotation had a McBlister.

I'm not sure i believe it. He might have a wink wink "blister" but I'll be watching to see if they buy him some minority league rehab starts to try to get his shite right without the embarrassment of optioning him.

He wouldn't fit in there either.

Indeed, if you recall, there was a time when he was a very productive member of the squad. That time has not been in the last 1.5 years, but there was a time.
