Mate, I am rocking my Lacoste Roland Garros Djokovic zip jacket. I am just disappointed that I didn't have the fortitude to pull the trigger on a 22 time major champion as a +175 underdog.

Yes despite the fact that Djoker was flat out robbed of at least 1 (possibly 2) more last year in his prime, on his best surface with relatively weak fields. A travesty.

I was a huge Fed fan, and Djoker is the GOAT. He will end up with 28 grand slams.

Huge nadal fan here, but it’s pretty hard to argue against Novak when he has wine every major at least 3 times. If not for covid he would already own the GS title.
He did largely get to avoid prime Federer whereas nadal never knew a tennis world without either a prime Fed or Novak to contend with - but Novak at his best is the best all around player of all time in my book.

Add that as a few more reasons why he is the GOAT. They've stolen multiple GS from him and one of them gave Rafa his 22nd. He has dealt with more adversity than any player and actively gets booed having 22 majors
Djoko just happened to come behind 2 beloved players. People had already chosen sides and Joker is messing up people's hero worship.

To me this is inaugurable at this point. Joker at his absolute best when he's on vs the field (pick a legend) and he's what 3-1 at worst in the majors that year? I'm saying Rafa at his best in his prime beats him at RG. And even that could be a toss-up.
