Youtube TV putting Tennis Channel behind the sports package, which has nothing else of value, and T2 on the regular package is something.

Dumbest shite in the world. Luckily T2 has been showing a lot of the live matches this tournament.

What channel is it on?

It's only on TennisTV. Peacock/NBC only bought the rights to the Final and night session matches. Definitely ridiculous that this match is paywalled on TennisTV while Ruud/Zverev will be on NBC/Peacock. I guess NBC get's what they pay for. They're probably going to show this match on delay while Ruud/Zverev is live.

Easiest way to watch is TennisTV. Or if you're in a legal state and are into betting. You can stream it on the FanDuel, MGM, or BetRivers apps. Draftkings might have it too. I like BetRivers the best for streaming.

Seems like this should be the prime time match in Europe as well. Playing this at 3 in the afternoon on a Friday makes absolutely no sense.

Carlito is gonna be feasting on a lost generation of tennis stars that only exists to fill a void.

There are a handful of young players that I think can keep Alcaraz in check. Sinner, Rune, Shelton (just kidding, but we can keep dreaming of an American back at the top). And I think there are plenty of players that can beat him on grass.

But yeah, those players that are 24-26 are quickly running out of time.

It's not on TennisTV either. I just bought a subscription and they weren't showing the match.

Novak has had like four clutch volleys already, three of them on serve and volley.

Wild to see Novak hesitating to come to net from already inside the baseline. He had to hit 3 approaches on that last one to feel safe, and even then Alcaraz had some options.

That was a hell of a game to stay on serve.

feeling really good about my Djokovic bet to win the French Open i made about 2 weeks ago at +250.
Just hedged it as i got Alcaraz at +110.

Would really like to actually watch this. There's not too many sporting events that compare to watching a high quality tennis match, and you don't have to be a tennis expert to know when you're watching a great tennis match, it's obvious to anyone.

Yeah, Novak has had to back off on his serve a few times from dust in his eyes.

What's the consensus on roof closing? I get the whole "it's an outside sport and you play outside until you can't" thing, but I could also see the idea of removing the wind, sun, and heat and letting them produce the best tennis possible.

It was windy down there yesterday as well. It's weird there were bouts of extreme dry heat and then nice shade and then some wind. I'm all about best atmosphere possible and wouldn't be against closing the roof if dust is getting in their eyes.

Djoko taking that first set is huge.
