All of it. You have no idea what the Saints told his agent or told Darren. None.
His wife could be lying her arse off.
Or they could have told him, and had every intention to do so, then started getting phone calls. And then that leaked before there was even serious discussion.
You don't know jack shite.

It is amazing that the media has even made an issue of this.
This is a common occurrence in the sporting world. It is really no big deal.

Must be embarrassing to be married to a girl like that.

What if your wife posted that about your place of employment?
In no circumstance is it ever okay to speak publicly on the behalf of your husband's job.

negative...lying is to deceive someone from the truth or an intentionally false statement.
when they told sproles that, they had every intention of doing so...by definition, that is not a lie

Again, the media told him he would be released. He tweeted after the news broke that he was shocked and it was news to him....
And until it becomes official, anything can happen.

and the truth was they would trade him if they could. They deceptively told him he was going to be released.

not if they didnt think he had any trade value...a 5th round pick isn't much so i bet the saints were shocked to get that offer. I love sproles but lets face it, he is old and only good for 5-8 plays a game.
spin it however you want but he should be happy to have a job...free agency would have been rough for him and getting the money he thinks he is worth

I'm sure God approves of her cursing via social media.

To get a 5th rounder there had to be at least a few teams involved which means there is a good chance he gets equal or more than what he was due for this year. So lets stop any bullshite about the Saints doing him a favor.

of course she has a point. The Saints traditionally have cut guys early in the process to give them the most time to find a new team, but it is also a business and getting a 5th round pick for a guy we were absolutely going to cut is gravy.

She's putting them on blast because they want to get him released, and she's dumb. Its human nature that they would want full control over his landing spot.
