what do you want accomplished here? the nfl is already reviewing how concussion protocol was followed and said it will take up to a couple weeks. the thing y'all keep crying that the nfl should do is already being done
they have said that every indication so far is that protocol was properly followed. just because the effects of a hit looked bad on tv doesn't mean you know more than the people who actually evaluate and treat these players for a living.

I think even without that concussion, he was done in with that hit and drag by the lineman.
He clearly broke his neck and slammed his head when he slung and drug him. It was a no bueno braino.
