Will he take Tua (aka Mr. Interception) with him?

Yea I never got the feeling Mike McDaniel was really their problem. They’re probably going deeper into the shitter without him if you ask me

Those stupid pants he wears is enough for cause.

Ravens should hire Tomlin...assuming steelers part ways with him. McDaniel doesnt fit with the ethos of the Ravens...to finesse

That is a dumb take. This team was never prepared each week this whole season .
1. Pre snap penalties constantly
2. Not committing to the run or schemes that are working during a game
3 got outscored 80-0 in third quarter to end the season
These all fall on the head coach, while I agree I think mcdaniels may have some success at an OC elsewhere, he showed he never grew as a HC during his 4 years.

They like em in Minnesota too and the Vikings could use a real OC.

I don’t even follow NFL very closely anymore but I know I hate Mike McDaniel because of what a smug douche he is

I'm actually surprised to see so many defending him. Can't say I know anything about the Dolphins, but has he backed up his douchiness with his coaching ability?

Sounds likes the Browns might be interested.
Borwns interested

The Steelers aren't firing Tomlin
He's coming back next year unless he decides to leave on his own accord.

100%
Wasted TOs because play calls took f o r e v e r to get in from the sidelines.
Illegal motion/formation, false start, delay of game penalties were chronic
Complete lack of toughness throughout the organization

Ian Rapoport is saying the Lions have already reached out to Mike McDaniel to be there next OC.

Some of these coaches taking up these jobs with no QB need to realize quick. You only have 2.5 seasons to develop the bum already there or find the replacement. Otherwise you'll be out of a job.

Gotta assume the dolphins think they get Harbaugh.
Why would Harbaugh go anywhere without a franchise QB that could win a SB? I wouldn't tie myself to Tua if I was Harbaugh and had options.

Tua wont be on dolphins roster next season
