I can't remember.
He seemed fine. The fight he won, he looked like death, had a broken jaw, puked in the ring I think, and nearly had to be carried out.

The fight was stopped by the doctor , which I believe was complete BS . The fight was fairly close and an epic rematch. Doctor should have let Frazier answer the call for the 15th rd and let the boxers decide who wins

Ali said he had told his guys to cut his gloves off, but Angelo Dundee ignored him. He said "Frazier just quit before I did. I didn't think I could go on."

Thanks for the history on this fight, I did not know how that went down. Honestly, seems pretty shady. Both fighters were beating the hell out of each other, could have went either way.

It was the friggin Philippine ref who made it a fair fight you racist. He stopped Ali's clinching crap early in the fight. Watch it. When Ali can't clinch, then it is suddenly a different fight.
If he had been there for Zaire fight, Ali probably loses. That clinchin crap kept Foreman's head down and his body off balance. One of the main reasons he couldn't get shots in on Ali.

Fight number 2 as well. The ref was there to stop the clinching. Slapping Ali's hands down. Ali gave up his body though on that clinch hand side. I cannot imagine how Ali must have felt the next day trying to get out of bed and pissing blood.

Watching the Ali Frazier fights it is mind blowing Foreman put Joe on his arse 6 times yet lost to Ali.
