If you're reading this still, try turning the camera off of auto zoom. Just focus on one of the middle and leave it on manual, if possible.

yes dude, it's the easiest thing on earth.
129 degrees for medium rare, leave it in for 2 hours.
take it out, coat liberally with kosher salt and pepper
heat cast iron in oven or grill. anywhere from 500-1000 degrees works
throw a pat of butter in the cast iron, sear each side for 30 seconds.
some of the recent ones ive done. trying 125deg tonight

Is there anyway you can post who all got what, and what autos and special inserts they got? Of course once you're done. I have been following it and was going to jump in but you already had reserves so I didn't try. Can't follow right now but would like to see what was pulled and who got lucky. Thanks
