We have all come along way, but leaders like Jackson are counter productive to ending racist mindsets.

The article was on point, but the first response after the article was shameful. Most black people that I speak to do not feel the same way as Jackson. It's pretty audacious to even compare a rich owners comments about a rich former player to slavery. Jackson is nothing more than a race pimp. He will forever posture himself up as a defender of african americans against the very racism that must exist (whether perceived or actual) in order to line his pockets. He wants racism to end no more than MD Anderson wants to find a cure for cancer....they need each other.

Correct and this I guess should go to the poli-board, but he is of the same kind that is in office promoting handouts but are doing nothing for the communities but keeping them dependent on government. Why not build education centers to keep kids off the streets and give them a fighting chance to earn a living.

He and the Police now have a respect for each other that did not exist years ago...He has helped them get a number of wanted fugitives off the streets of Houston for the past three years. I don't know about you but I am glad those folks are off the streets. The Police even call him sometimes for help.....

If can't see that he has softened(but still has a way to) over the years, you simply just choose to be on the complete other side of the spectrum and are just as divisive has Jessie or Sharpton, just from the other side ala Rush/Beck......

Great read, Jackson needs to be assasination. I wouldn't mind at all. And take out Al Sharpton while you are at it
