Luka is ahead of lebron in pts and assists by a wide margin when lebron was at the same age. Luka must be better.
After Lebron's 22 year old season he had 8439 points and 2033 assists.

Anyone who says either player is better and "it's not close" basically just outed themselves as not being able to have a rational discussion about the 2 players.
The only thing worse in these discussions is the guy saying Kobe was better than Lebron

I wonder how many more points Jordan would have scored if he played in 400+ more games
Also, MJ needed like 1000 more shots to get to his final point total than Lebron, but I guess you don't care about that, do you?

He's not the 2nd best to MJ.

Chamberlain is.

Luka's game is a version of LeBron but his body type is not. He's fat and has already been told he has to get in better shape. No way do I see this guy playing for that long with the wear and tear and mileage he's already putting on those wheels and will have to sustain. How many guys have been able to play 20 years in the NBA
Longevity is something special in any career. Kareem just kept going and going and going. He really was a genetic freak to play all those years and be able to hold up game after game. Taking talent for granted over a 20-year span is just careless.

Lebron also plays in the new sissified version of the NBA
He’s played in all types of versions

Bron even said last night no one will ever pass Stockton in assists because "that dude played 82 games a season, that's crazy". They sure are soft now days.

this shite right here didn't work in the 90's
Ask some of the people you listed are losers. Lebron would have destroyed them.

What carnage? Do people legitimately care about this other than a "check the box" type item? Dude is a top 5 all time player who has done the work (and probably drugs) to keep his athleticism at a premier level so it makes sense he's nearing it.
Before people get pissy, yes I find him to be an annoying, ignorant idiot. I also don't blame him/care if he's using drugs.

You just jumped in on page 5 of a LeBron James thread. Now count how many of these bad boys get generated over here every day?
Somebody cares, now don't they?

Yeah the 400 plus games comments makes no sense.
Exactly how long do people think MJ sat out after his father’s death? Or maybe the NBA had a magical 160 game season in 1995?
Sure MJ could have played into his mid-to-late 40s putting up bad stats with low field goal percentages, but that wouldn’t help his legacy in any way.
I don’t see how it is remotely controversial to say LeBron is better than Jordan at 38.

So when a 22 year old Lebron almost single handedly took down the Pistons in the 2007 Eastern Conference finals, are you saying the world wasn’t rooting for him?

88 points away. Will likely break the record next Tues Feb 7th, at home against Oklahoma City.
38 years old. Still one of the top 5 to 10 players in the leageue today.... and has been for 15+ years.
Last night he had 28 points, 10 rebs and 11 assists. Unbelievable. And for the season is avg 30.2 points, 8.5 rebs and 7.1 assts. Crazy.

Come again?
After Luka's first 4 seasons, Luka had 6962 points. Lebron had 8439 points. You should really learn to do math better.
After Luka's first 4 seasons, he had 2102. Lebron had 2033 assists after his first 4 seasons. Luka is a better passer, nobody will dispute that. But 69 is far from a wide margin.

It was clear the man was on a GOAT level trajectory and the MJ fans(and therefore the media) went into full melt mode over it. MJ fans from then on out decided to act just like the dishonest and childish left wing media/voters of today.
