He's persona non grata

I listened to a local podcaster in KC this morning who was floating around the possibility of Gruden taking Nagy's OC job with the Chiefs. Doubt it happens but that would be an interesting Chiefs coaching staff with Reid and Gruden.

He wasn’t the problem, their QB is.

Not really. They lost multiple games this year because they'd get to the 4th quarter and forget Henry was on the team. That's clear bad coaching.

And the Ravens just fricked up.

Totally disagree. He’s a good coach, but it was time for a culture change. Poor coordinator hires, frequent losses where the Ravens blew the lead, playoff letdowns, poor special teams (which is one of Harbaugh’s specialties). He will probably do well somewhere else, but for the Ravens, it was time for a change.

Hoping he goes to the Falcons, but have a feeling the Raiders are more interesting for him.

They have the 1st overall pick and $100M in cap space

We have no first round pick and lousy cap space

Here's my question, why didn't the Ravens try to get a team to trade a pick for Harbough.

Yeah. My only guess is that's the reason he made it through Monday

It could be similar to when Reid was fired in Philly and ended up winning multiple SB's with KC.

We'll definitely find out

I think Reid would consider the possibility but in the end Chiefs organization would avoid the controversy. The Gruden email leak was a career ending event in the Woke NFL. If you go research the emails that got Gruden in trouble, they were somewhat offensive but I don't believe the emails should have destroyed his coaching career.

Man, I wish the Falcons were that lucky.

But I get it, sometimes things just get stale.

I'll make a unpopular prediction. John Harbaugh won't workout very well at his next stop. He's gonna end up with a worse roster than he had yesterday at a place with a worse front office.

The Ravens were Superbowl betting favorites preseason and they finished 8-9. Tomlin is gonna lose in the first rd again but he actually won the division with a worse roster.

Was shocked at first, but 18 years is a long time at any job.
