Considering we’re the economic engine and the national media knows we’re in the state, you shouldn’t bite the hand that feeds you.

Parade was pretty good. The Royals parade was definitely bigger, but theirs was on a 60 degree day with sunshine and green leaves on the trees. The Chiefs parade was 28 degrees and snow flurries. Still a good turnout all things considered. Hoping next year's parade has better weather!

Haven't seen the final estimate for the parade attendance. I know after the Royals parade a lot of people headed down to Union Station for the big rally with the team but I think a lot more people left once the Chiefs parade passed by and didn't head down to Union Station. I would guesstimate the total crowd was north of 500k. Maybe 750k?

What does knowing or not knowing whether a split city has more people on one side or the other of the state line have to do with "intellect"?

If you never go there why would you give a shite?

Why doesn’t MIssouri have a basketball team?
Is it because the Spirits of St Louis were being paid by the NBA until just recently?

Yes. They haven't forgotten, which is fine by me. NCAA basketball is better anyway. I think KC has a better shot at getting one, but the Jayhawks own that market.

Shittier would be without a doubt. Checked your total population of both cities metro area....St Louis: 2.85 million, KC: 2.47 million, total economy in millions....St. Louis: 169,839 KC: 132,703....I think if you looked at a growth trend KC metro is growing faster than St. Louis.
