Like the East St. John game a week ago, in Baton Rouge. That was a great, old-fashioned mud-bowl. You don't get those on field-turf.

this. i'm sure most schools like their field turf, but high school football was built on bad fields with bad weather and those kind of memories. i'm not the one who pays the laundry bills
oh and don't forget the movie scenes where the fields were 2x dimmer than they ever were in real life in those storms

Both have to agree and underdogs think rain will lessen home field advantage as well as maybe cause turnovers. Grasping at straws for anything to help them.
