They'll lose in the 2nd round at Destrehan, badly.

Yea, 3-5A as a whole was just very down this year. Acadiana went undefeated in 3-5A and they are as soft as Charmin on the OLine this year. And Acadiana will be lucky to make it past the 2nd round. I doubt Barbe does any better.

I think Acadiana & Desty meets in the quarters. Acadiana always starts to get rolling in the playoffs. That would be an epic game..

Hahnville had better be able to score a ton of points against Alex, the QB(Beck) gets rid of the ball super-quick. I can see Alex advancing as far as the quarter finals.

IDK if Zachary is all they are billed to be but I can see them in the sem-final game against Acadaina or Destrehan.

I think WM rolls into the semi's against Byrd of Shreveport. That game would happen at WM. Its hard to beat WM at home(it can be done) but very few teams have beat WM at home. Plus Byrd is primarily a run team. Its hard to run on WM.
This years front seven for WM is as strong as I have seen them in a long time.

I just don't see it. You can say "well last year" but this is just a different team. On Offense they have the beef up front but not the fight and on defense they have the fight but not the beef.

Could be. I give Acadiana a lot of credit due to coaching and good hard-nosed football players.
They don't seem to be as strong as in years past.

Be glad then, Scotlandville would destroy Chalmette.

I was thinking Acadiana and Destrehan in the Quarters. It still wouldn't surprise me at all. Parkway is pretty legit this year though. Mississippi State commit CJ Morgan at WR/RB/CB plus the QB is committed to Tech. They are 9-1 and beat Byrd. Only loss is to Evangel. Scrimmaged WM before the season and went toe to toe.

They're very good and honestly it wouldn't surprise me if they beat Destrehan too. Really good bottom bracket this year.

I'm not expecting Acadiana to win it this year. I think for as young as they are a quarterfinal finish will be an accomplishment. Hell of they go to the semis even better. But they haven't beaten anyone worth a damn this year.

Alexandria gives up tons of points. Hahnville has been playing good on both sides of the ball and should win. DeFense isn't big but is very fast.

ASH will score, but Hahnville should win by 2-3 TDs. Still, it will be a fun game to watch, enjoy double d.

Yeah, when I read how much they scored I had to go check their schedule since they are the 26 seed. They do score....but it looks like they have absolutely no defense. The Hahnville offense has been improving every week since the 3 consecutive losses. I expect Hahnville to win....but I also expect it to be a shootout. Should be a fun one to watch in person.

You can run all over them. Last week against WM, Trey Coleman-TB 15/174/4, Slade Bolden QB/TB/WR 7/117/2, Demichael Shelbon-FB 15/91/2. That's not a typo, WM ran for EIGHT TDs and Foust threw a TD to Norris as well.

Now, ASH also put up 35, which is the most WM gave up this year. They'll throw the ball 50 times, but if you adjust and go to 3 down Linemen, they'll run it up the middle with a very talented TB. Their offense is legit.

Good to know since our coach still favors the run. We gashed Thibodaux up the middle for 20+, 30+ yard runs several times last week. Although, our best RB did get hurt near the end of the game. I hope he's OK for tonight....it didn't seem to be too serious on the sideline.

This topic is about the pairings and the power ranking system is used to determine pairings! The power rankings they use and the split are both asinine.

Yes, alot of Central money went to Redemptorist but none from my family. Some friends sent money there and spoke of their discust of the ghetto recruiting which led to its downfall. My kids have been at Parkview since 98. Correct on the spell check, wrong on the money.
