Gotta do it before 6th grade now. It still happens, but at a much lower rate than when everyone was doing it in 8th grade.

It’s not the principals. The rules regarding broadcasting rights for state championships haven’t changed in years.

Executive Director

The rule is pretty simple. The LHSAA owns the rights for broadcasting any championship event. That’s it.

Then, ultimately, the Executive Director determines who gets it.

you don’t have access to streaming if you’re not willing to pay for it. You’re more likely to have access to CST

Karr about to get slapped around by the veer

I hope you’re right. But jeez, the Bears just gave up against STM. They were battling back and forth against us( my son plays for STM, scored the first TD) but they just got tired of it and by the third quarter their players had had enough . They didn’t want to battle anymore. It was a back and forth game at first, but then the second half they just acquiesced to STM and we blew them out pretty good. But I hope they can beat Karr.

So two South LA Catholic schools routinely hold kids back in 7-8th grade, get a doctor’s note, file for hardship hearings with the LHSAA (because that is the only way to regain that year of eligibility), and have the LHSAA hardship committee routinely grant the extra eligibility?

I don’t think Carencro just gave up. They were worn down. Their defense played about twice as many snaps as they’re used to playing. The fumbles also hurt them badly. It was a very good football game.

And btw, it was cold at practice this morning wasn’t it.
