if you want to jump to conclusion its fine by me. you also arent famous. this has the potential to backfire on lebron (although it does seem like the chance of that is unlikely).

We don't know the whole story. Every time a black young man dies it's the same story. He was such a good kid.

It's the kid's fault now

So let's just assume that he wasn't a good kid? That's what someone in this thread was implying.

my assumption is zimmerman is very guilty. but if i was lebron with his PR problems i would steer clear of this while there is still uncertainty.

But some random "criminal watch" dude with a gun...why is he getting any presumption of innocence because he claims to patrol a neighborhood? If you have a gun and the other guy has Skittles, it's murder.

No it isn't. At least not automatically like you imply.

Exactly. The cell phone call between Trayvon and his friend is pretty damning IMO.

Both the victim and the shooter were on phones...

Damn son...where do you buy your Skittles at that they make you feel in imminent danger of being killed or seriously injured?

I know...maybe he was Bruce Lee and he his weapons were his fists of death?

Hoodies make a person look guilty of something. Always will.

Stupid picture.

Even if it is raining? Or cold?

Stupid statement.

That is what you said. That implies that every time one person has a gun, and the other has Skittles, the guy with the gun is a murderer.

That is legally and objectively incorrect.

You could get into some equal/measured response arguments to self-defense, but I could get around those too.
