Thats why he came out...hes being majorly ballsy as of now. Damn dude has some major guts..hes basically proud of who he is and calling out the NFL teams tonight on it. If he gets drafted much lower than previous SEC Defensive players of the year and All Americans, he can launch a massive black eye on the NFL, and at a time when the NFL cant afford any distractions. Aside from him being gay and all... this is kinda interesting from a sidelines vantage point to see how this new dynamic will change the NFL.

Now would be the perfect time for an NFL player to come out and snag the title of First gay NFL player before he got drafted.

It surprises me he is projected so low. That gut was an absolute animal this year. I remember thinking, "Wow, I wish our D-Ends were as good as him." And I saw him chase down plenty of SEC RBs. He can flat play. He'll be a steal in the 3rd round, let alone 5th. 6'2" to 6'3" and 255 lbs with the intensity and leadership of a guy like Ray Lewis. I hope the Rams draft him.
