Maybe, but the Cardinals haven't been anything better than mediocre since mid-September.
Everyone was just too busy paying attention to Pujols' HR chase to notice it.

And they got 2 starters that can mow lineups down like Nola is tonight. I really don't know why Goldschmidt is in the 3 spot every game. Shifting him up or down the lineup might spark something.

Nah. I said several days ago they haven't been clicking on all cylinders for awhile. Maybe others didn't see it. But I did. They will only go as far as Goldschmidt and Arenado take them. And both have hit the skids for the last month. I don't know why Marmol won't shake the lineup up to maybe wake them up. Wainwright and Montgomery haven't been sharp either.
