Like I said, hypothetical.

Noah is by far the most valuable piece in that trade. Milsap on a one year expiring isn't that appeasing. McDermott is probably third most valuable, due to his age and potential. Korver is getting up there in age.
I don't think that the Bulls would pull the trigger on that trade.

Hypothetically, I think it would take Horford and a bunch of other assets that the Hawks might not even have. This would defeat the whole purpose of your desire to do the deal, so I don't know if it's possible.

Why are you in this thread? Your life has moved to Cleveland. Shouldn't you be packing your shite up to move to Cleveland? Being that you've been a life long Cleveland fan and all

Noah finished top 5 in the MVP voting if I recall correctly. Chicago is not trading him for anybody not named Durant or Lebron, IMO.
Noah's performance with plantar fascitis against Brooklyn in the playoffs 2 years ago pretty much sealed his fate in Chicago.
Dude is not getting traded.

Your idea was pretty damn laughable. You aren't getting Noah without completely unloading all your assets

The Hawks have the ability to switch 1st round picks with Brooklyn this year. Brookyln is going to be an absolute dumpster fire and should be a top 5 lottery pick this upcoming season. I think my trade is a little closer than you might think. They could extend Millsap for another year, ensuring that they are clear of his contract when LeBron is due to be a free agent again. They got rid of Boozer's contract, so having that money could help them get LeBron and Melo.

Noah is an arguably top 3 center in this league. The guy is a straight stone-cold hard effort guy who averages 12/11/5 who is only 29. He's entering his 'prime' and is arguably the biggest defensive anchor for this team built around...oh yeah, DEFENSE.
So what you're saying is, solidify the PF position with a 29y/o above average, but not even top 5, PF in Millsap, get an aging shooter named Kyle Korver who they may not even want back, lose a young guy nicknamed "McBuckets" because he is probably the most polished scorer this past year, lose a top 3 center who's been the anchor of your defense and probably the reason why the team plays so well in Rose's absence...all for a pick that may not even be a number 1 overall pick in next year's draft who has maybe two 'franchise' players.
All for what? Rebuilding? Getting LeBron in 2 years?
Chicago isn't rebuilding, they're loaded to win. The offseason moves proved that and they're not going to click 'reset' for no reason. LeBron isn't likely to leave Cleveland after 2 years if he wasn't going to go there NOW when they were arguably one of the two best spots to land and contend. Melo just signed a 5yr contract with NY and didn't want to leave there for Chicago, who just offered them a rather large contract.
Losing Noah and gaining Melo is a step backwards. Gaining Melo and adding him TO Noah is a very different kind of move.
Your Scenario is pretty bad. He's an untouchable since they're not re-building.

So is LeBron going to remind him that he can jump over him?

In Murphy, Lucas and Thomas, Cavs get three non-guaranteed contracts to facilitate trades -- or a trade. Another step toward Kevin Love.

This is the smaller deal Cavaliers have been pursuing in recent days to try and roll into the larger scope deal with Minnesota.

Minnesota's been determined to unload Kevin Martin and JJ Barea in a Love deal -- no easy task for Cavs to make work without a third team.

Get Wiggins, picks, and dump shitty players. Can't ask for much more for the wolves

I still don't see how it'll work without involving a third team.
ETA: unless they are giving up Wiggins, Waiters, and Bennett.
ETAx2: I don't think they are giving up Thompson (same agent as LeBron), or Andy Varejao (one of LeBrons best friends)

There will be a third team if Martin and barea are involved.
