Turning it off. Couldn't even make it to the end of the 1st quarter. The refs have clearly gotten orders to ensure the Knicks win at all costs. No matter what.

I'm pulling for the Pacers and am well aware of Brunson's foul-baiting antics, but he hasn't been that bad in these playoffs so far.

Some of the glazing is getting pretty silly for sure. Shai is putting up awesome numbers, but when I watch the games I don’t feel like he’s doing anything transcendental. He’s “just” an extremely good midrange and slashing guard. I’m thrilled he’s on my team but I don’t feel like he’s peak LeBron, peak Steph type of revolutionary talent.
All that said, the hating is getting out of control And it’s especially glaring in light of how much people bitch about foul-baiting in the modern NBA. There’s a ton of it, and Shai plays the game like everyone else in that regard. But you’d think he was getting 20 PPG off of free throws reading this board. The numbers just don’t back up any of the hate.
