It was cool looking and it won't matter since this game is over but kinda bs. Cooper's forward progress was clearly stopped and they let up expecting the whistle.

Guys in the booth just said that's how it was officially scored per NFL rules... he gets credit for the passing TD and receiving TD

Mike Tirico is one of the few NFL announcers that I genuinely like commentating. Chris Collinsworth just sucks so bad. I imagine every night after Sunday Night Football he goes home and looks at himself in the mirror and shouts "WHY CHRIS?!? WHY? WHY DO YOU CONTINUOUSLY DO THIS TO YOURSELF?!?"

I noticed that earlier. I know the booth is open to the outside so it’s obviously cold, but that looks like more than just cold hands.

Cold hands the skin gets red. Your hands don't turn purple. Unless it's frostbite and your skin turns black because it's dead.
