Why email instead of call?

Why in the world would you use a debit card to sign up for anything? If you cut up your debit card and just get a regular ATM card then the lesson will be well worth the money.

If you had put this on a credit card it would be a near non-issue.

Because it probably takes forever to talk to a rep, and I doubt that they'd do much more than just give me the run around.

Wouldn't be able to trust myself with a credit card.

You can't be trusted with less than $115 so that's probably a good call.

It was a free 2-week trial. Had zero intentions of keeping it after the trial period was up, so I canceled. It's not like I got careless, forgot about the auto renewal date, and then tried to cancel the subscription a few days after I was charged.

I find it funny that everyone is making fun of this dude for not having much money in his checking account.

Why would anyone want to keep more than the bare minimum in checking?

Yeah I understand that. But just the risk of doing so. Obviously risky

I haven't spent a dime on MLB.TV this year. The folks at MLB.COM are trying to swindle money from me, buddy.

Pro life-tip - get a prepaid credit card and use up most of the balance. Keep it around to sign up for trials and shite. Problem solved.

I wanted to bump this thread to mention the MLB store. I bought four shirts on there two weeks ago during their Memorial Day sale. I called today because my order hadn't come in yet. For some reason they said my order didn't go through. The woman said I could place the same order again but they could not give me the 25% off my entire order like it originally was.

Yes I had $2 plus some change in my free checking account at Regions. All of a sudden one month they decided it wasn't going to be a free account and charged everyone $4.00 which over drafted my account. I raised hell about it but only got a portion of the over draft fee back. They ended up giving everyone their $4 back. Needless to say I dropped the bank the next week.

Dude CALL them and they will credit the money back. Then call your bank and they will reverse any overdrafts for free. This happens ALL OF THE TIME.
