Bengals should do him a favor and trade him to Pittsburgh in the offseason
You misspelled “Dallas.”

Torn toe ligaments sounds absolutely terrible just on a pain focused in one little area sense. I remember Eddie George used to deal with this back in his heyday. Lingering issues that limited his effectiveness and eventually led to surgery. Hope JB gets fully better before he tries to come back.
Deon Sanders constantly had turf toe as a player, and it's believed to the the root cause of why he had to have those toes amputated.
Until that happened, I didn't realize how big of a deal it can be.

The people who say “well they paid Chase and Higgins what do you expect” - they literally JUST paid these two, where was the commitment to OL before? Orlando Brown is the only true get for them. The rest are poor draft picks and old retreads.

I also believe some of this is scheme. They have plays that take way too long to develop with an OL that can’t block. Get Chase/Yoshi going on some drags to lighten the pressure.

but he's screwed and will have a tough time getting back to the SB.
He'll never sniff another one as long as he's with the Bengals. Some here said he was better than Brees, but that definitely isn't true.

Wouldn’t put much stock into those stats.
They were in the bottom quarter in pass blocking in Burrow’s rookie season and have been mediocre since (hovering between 15th-18th).

Officially out for 3 months. He should just take the year off. Let the rest of your body heal as well.

3 ints is better to you? No wonder you’re a ms state fan.

It depends. The team may still be good enough to get in to the playoffs. If they are, then he should play. If not, then yea wouldn’t hurt to sit him.

If they are good enough to make the playoffs with Browning as their QB then you keep playing Browning and there’s really no debate to be had on that. You don’t bring in a cold QB over the guy who got you to the dance, even if it is your franchise guy coming back.

Does his inability to notice a blitz factor into those numbers?
