Do you ever actually watch any of those guys play?
Yes. I'm a huge Wade fan and I like Melo and LeBron but they cannot match Kobe's killer instinct and ability to hit the tough shots to get it done. Wade is close and has done it a few times but he still isn't on Kobe's level as far as that's concerned

You really believe that they can hit as many clutch/tough shots as Kobe does? Really?
Lebron has been at the top of clutch shots since he entered the league.
Durant, Wade, and Melo are also game changers like Kobe.

They are all great players but none of them have that killer instinct that Kobe has. Like I've said before Wade is close but still not there.

Any of those guys are capable of absolutely dominating a game offensively on any given night.
Up until this season Kobe was only hitting 25% of game winners. For some reason he's always had this label of being incredibly clutch despite missing 75% of the game winning shot attempts he's taken. Remember the big makes, forget all of the misses. He has been great on those types of attempts this season though.

Yes we can never forget that unmeasurable subjective quality that his fans bring up to claim him as by far the greatest in the league.

So you're saying Kobe doesn't get it done and he's not the best player in the league?

he is going to be there to counter Bryant.

2008 NBA Finals disagrees.

He can't. Who in the league can go basket for basket with Kobe?
Not saying he will, who knows, but we act like 2008 NEVER happened, LOL.

The last 5 years of ACTUAL stats and not just SAYING Kobe is clutch COMPLETELY disagree with you.
And that's ANY way you look at clutch stats.

Sports cliches are the worst. Explain how they don't have the killer instinct when some of those players have better clutch stats virtually EVERY year AND make more of these game winning type shots at a higher % over a 5 year span than Kobe.
fricking sports cliches just dumb down sports talk.

You are the one who brought '08 up. I never said anything about it. The Lakers lost then but I think they'll win now

The current MVP is the best in the league. He just hasn't had the pleasure of playing with as good of a team around him.

Because you laughed twice when someone said Paul will counter Kobe as if to say there's no way it can happen when it already did, so there's no reason to think it's laughable.

So you're saying PP will fake another injury in The Finals this year?

So, you're deflecting my point because you know I was correct.
Nice.
Just admit you was wrong when you laughed at the thought of Pierce matching Kobe since he already did it.

No the MVP is just the one who is the Most Valuable to his team not necessarily the best player in the league. I'll agree that LeBron is the best athlete in the league but not the best overall player

No I wasn't. You brought up that PP "matched" Kobe in The Finals and said it could happen again so I was asking if he was gonna fake an injury again
