I want that lockout. I'm done with this fricking sport. Absolutely disgusting for the sport. Yet our FO signed two 4th starters and are like "what? You want more? We got two hurt pitchers and a theatre!" Sick to my fricking stomach.

dodgers were desperate for an outfielder and kinda got put in a bidding war. glad its only for four years

As a Dodgers fan I’m happy we signed him

But there’s no way he’s worth $60 million a year

idk. im a big believer in higher AAV, fewer guranteed years. waiting to see what opt outs are involved but only being on the hook until hes 32 is a big plus imo

Opt out after year 2 and 3

It’s a ton of money but at least paying his prime years

if he does well he becomes a FA again at age 30 and someone will wrap him up until his late 30s

fine with overpaying now to avoid that but if this goes south gonna be a tough 4 years

I'd like to thank the Dodgers for ensuring the Astros are no longer the most hated team in baseball.

I've seen it pointed out that there's not much available in FA the next 2 years and a portion of what the dodgers are paying is to keep him away from the Mets and Jays

Tucker is an odd ball, but he will thrive where he doesn’t have to be the centerpiece so I’m sure he will go 30/30 if he’s fully healthy

You know well enough that he will pull his usual disappearing act around late August and won’t return until mid spring.

Wait until you watch his aloof arse all season and then absolutely disappear in late August and the playoffs. For $60M

I love going to Braves games since they moved to their new digs but it's getting harder and harder to follow along with baseball. Why I love the NFL and NHL.

Jesus tapdancing Christ.

Bring on the lockout. Baseball's salary structure needs an enema
