Makes sense. Here in Austin I’ve found that the hole in wall BBQ joints are the best. I love Terry Blacks but the small mom and pop ones seem to have better food

This is silly. The only thing the NFL rigged is risk management by legislating violence from an inherently violent game in order to mount a legal defense from which they can defend their role in promoting player safety.
Right or wrong about player safety, they have fundamentally changed the sport for the worse.

Yeah, I found a few places on the outskirts of Austin when I lived there with better food than the famous ones downtown.
I'm BBQ biased because of growing up in Birmingham (Texans don't know how to cook a pig,) but holy shite, the brisket in Austin is mindblowing.
