I don't understand the targeting rule it's so subjective. Have redick call this game doesn't help given he's a homer for Pitt. The other hit earlier in the game was clearly partial helmet to helmet around neck.
It's just way to subjective and both hits are clear as day to see via replay.
WVU player definitely was targeting but so was Pitt #9 earlier in the game.
