just did these on Underdog.
Kareem Hunt over 10.5 rushing attempts
Pacheco over 4.5 yards receiving yards
Karlaftis over 0.5 QB sacks
Zach Baun over 5.5 solo tackles

For the Super Bowl coin toss, it’s been “heads” 28 times and “tails” 30 times. This could suggest that tails is a slightly more likely result. Perhaps due to the refs placing the coin heads side up before the flick more often than not.
For the 7 prior Super Bowls in the Superdome, it has been tails 4 times and heads 3 times, again suggesting tails may be a slight favorite.
The head referee will be Ron Torbert. He has been the head referee of one Super Bowl before (56), and in that one the coin landed heads, although he handed the coin to someone else to flip. It wasn’t clear if he handed the coin to them heads side up or if the flipper made sure it was heads side up.
I’m betting tails.

That’s a lot of research and thought for a coin toss when you already know the true probability.

My theory about it landing tails slightly more often due to the coin likely being heads up more often than not before the flick is wrong…
There is no rule in the NFL stating that the coin must start heads up. But you have to think most of the time that’s how it’s placed. Therefore, it should land heads slightly more often than tails. The fact that tails has a slight lead from past super bowls can easily be attributed to the small sample size.
I’m changing to heads.

A coin is slightly more likely to land on the same side it started on before the flip. This phenomenon has been studied in physics and probability experiments.
Why?
1. Physics of the Flip: When a coin is flipped, it rotates around its axis, but the motion isn’t perfectly random. Small asymmetries in the flick—such as the angle, force, and initial positioning—can influence the outcome.
2. Dominance of Initial Conditions: Studies have shown that the side facing up before the flip has a slightly higher probability (about 51% instead of 50%) of landing face up again.
3. Wobble Effect: If the coin wobbles in the air or doesn’t complete a full number of rotations, it may preserve some of its original orientation.
Experimental Evidence
A 2007 study by Stanford mathematician Persi Diaconis found that a coin has a bias of about 51% toward landing on the side it started on. While this effect is small, it suggests that a coin flip is not a perfectly fair 50/50 event.
However, in casual flipping, external factors like surface bounce and air resistance usually make the difference negligible. If the coin is spun instead of flipped, or if it’s caught and flipped onto the back of a hand, the bias may not hold.

I like Worthy and Smith to each have 25+ yds per H in receptions which pays +250
I tried to parlay it, but Caesars wouldn’t allow it
Might bet each separately same amount. If one hits, it pays well. The Dome is a homecoming for Smith and Worthy has been Mahomes 3rd down go to on crossing/pick routes

Hurts has taken a lot of sacks recently. If it wasnt for the snow, Rams beat them on the square.

Lots of people will be posting about outcomes they knew would come to fruition beforehand, but none of them will have put any money on it
