Exactly. I've seen several posts on the sec rant that Michigan would be a middle of the road team in the SEC

Part of that is people don’t get the difference between micro and macro, they act like playing in the SEC is playing Bama, UGA or 2019 LSU every week. Go look at UGAs schedule Michigan would be 12-1 with that schedule too. Hell even Bama’s schedule Michigan would do no worse than 12-1/11-2

09 Florida would dominate 09 Texas. 2011 LSU would have won. 2012 UGA would have won. 2017 UGA would have won. 2018 UGA probably beats Clemson.

Is there any person alive that thinks the SEC was good top to bottom this year? There are at best 2 good teams in the conference.

I thought everyone has known that since mid October, and I haven’t seen anyone claim otherwise.

Nah, I have a lot more respect for those teams who are still playing despite being down key players. Some may lose their games over it but they aren't quitters like others.

Take their NC’s away and the SEC still has double the amount of NC’s as the next conference since 2000. Four schools in the SEC other than Bama have won a more recent title than the shitty arse PAC 12 you’re repping.

That's not how any of this works. the other conferences could have a number more national titles without Bama winning them, or the SEC could have more. OSU may have another 1 or 2 themselves, or the conference may have 1-2 more. LSU may have another one in 2011, or Okie St. may have one for the Big 12, and the Big 12 may have another one when Texas lost to Bama. ND may have one as well in 2012

I think most, even SEC homers, acknowledge the difference between the SEC West vs East is significant as well.

But they’ll always say Team X (Clemson Ohio State whoever) from another conference would have multiple loses in the SEC. Put Clemson in UGAs place you think they do any worse over the last 5-6 years? No they would be 12-0, 11-1 heading to SECCG

Missouri won the SEC East twice they only won the Big 12 N once iirc

What doesn’t make sense is hanging your hat in the success of other teams in your conference

I haven’t heard a “SEC” chant at a bowl game (from a SEC team) since about 2012.

That’s ridiculous

Here is phaggot Bama fans cheering SEC when UGA won the rose bowl

For the most part no but that is what I was talking about before regarding the East. Some years would be easier than the ACC and others not.

Sure and what happened in the SEC championship games, kind of my whole point
