Oh I agree that he has got better, my point of contention was that he never played a winning brand of ball, which is where we disagree.

haven't seen murray much.
morant, like zion, is not (yet) able to shoot a normal jumper. they may never.
so trae by a mile.
fwiw morant seemed to find the range from 3 during the playin & playoffs.
but it's just a push shot you can't get off unless the defender is backed off due to fear of the drive.
still not the normal jumper form.

For real. Murray had Jokic, but worse roll players and fit than the hawks guys, and he made it to the Western Semis averaging like 50 a game. I’d argue that he proved just as much if not more than Trae in the playoffs.
Fwiw I’d probably pick Trae out of them two bc I think he’ll always be a better first option, but Murray playing off Jokic was completely unstoppable in the playoffs

The thing is, Murray didn’t carry it into the regular season this year the same way Mitchell did.
