They should pay a higher price. They'll have actual seats now. That shite doesn't just maintain itself for free
Neither does a grass hill. Does pressure washing cost more than lawn maintenence?
But seriously, obviously seats should cost more than just a berm.

Wow, the grass hill would've looked so much better than the graphic logo tarp they're going to put over that to cover the empty seats after the coach leaves and they go back to sucking.

Is there an upper deck there? It looks like its only about 40 rows with no upper deck. Maybe its just not pictured.

i see an upper deck in the second picture i believe.

Yes there is an upper deck on the home side

I'm not sure how they'll price those seats. I would assume general admission prices
What was GA price last year?
The only downside from a attendance standpoint is that area goes from looking like a cool place for overflow crowd to just more empty seat on a bad weekend.

I believe Ben-Hill Grifin Stadium already has that name.
USL does not seem to be concerned about accuracy in naming things.

oh okay I guess that must be it. It's really crazy to see this stadium. The only college football games I have been to are SEC schools. My mind is actually kinda blown

$100 for one season ticket

It's about time they gave those people some more room

I'm guessing 6 home games, maybe 7. That's not a bad deal at all. Especially since the atmosphere and tailgating is a lot of fun there.

The current goal is not to add seats in order to meet demand. It's to provide seating in anticipation of losing the current upper-deck.
Also, that's the visitor's section. Although, I'm sure you can find poorly attended games regardless.

Damn, how did Florida swing that deal?

Why? The capacity was 31,000 last season and they averaged less than 26K. They can't fill it up in the midst of the most success they've ever had. Going to be an eyesore when Hud leaves.

I don't get the point of the question.
Why wouldn't the prices go up for actual seats over grass?

The thing they need to renovate most in that place was their crappy scoreboards. They had one that completely didn't work, and the other one was tiny as hell and it was positioned where you would be looking directly into the sun if they were having a late afternoon/evening game.
