You said it yourself he's one of the hardest workers. So you think I'm the past 10 years he just never thought it was necessary to develop a decent jump shot. What saying is I'm pretty sure he has tried really hard to develop a good shot it just isn't meant to be.

That just makes this more of a head scratcher. If he was never any good at it, that's one thing. To develop it to the point where his long 2 is elite level(better than Kobe and Durant over a multi year span factually speaking), then lose it to the point he has....that's just something I can't find a comparison for.
