The left hand is almost never in the picture with the water thing and when it is it looks as if he's palming something, I dunno.

the card in the piece of fruit at Harrison's house seemed to really freak the actor out. Unless it's totally staged (which i don't believe ABC would sign off on it) then how the hell?

Pretty much everything but his slight of hand card tricks are basically unexplainable. Even those are almost impossible to do except by a couple of people in the world. That special last night was one of the best I've seen.

One of the crew places the fruit with the card in the bowl. Blaine uses power of suggestion to get Ford to think of the card that's in the fruit.
Blaine's slight of hand stuff is amazing though. That trick he did with George Bush was awesome.

It came on ABC. When I searched with the guide, I didn't see any other airings listed after the original.

I watched the first 5 minutes and changed the channel. Help me understand with the ice pick in the bag/cup/etc trick..I understand that after the first time he slams his hand he can tell by the way the other bags/cups move if the pick is underneath them. But what does he do the first time? Him and a partner go outside so the partner doesn't know where the pick is, how does he avoid hitting it the first time?

It got 10x better after the bag trick. That's a common trick among the industry. Everything he did after that, not so much.
