Does any comedy show nail its bit characters like Silicon Valley?

Just doing a rewatch since it popped up for the 10 year anniversary, and I'm amazed by how well they handle these small parts.
To be clear, I'm not talking about the main cast, or even reoccurring characters that have occasional but real impact on the story like Russ Hannehman, Pete Monahan (the sketchy lawyer), etc.
I'm talking about the minor characters that show up for 3-5 minutes a season and just knock it out of the park every time.
Just some examples include:
The Doctor
Focus Group Guy
Ron LaFlamme
The Data Center Guy
I know I'm forgetting a few. This show just kills it with these small parts.

Scrubs.
The supporting characters are all funnier than the main cast, save Dr. Cox.

These shows had bit players that could've sustained spin-offs (and some did):
Parks and Rec
The Andy Griffith Show
Barney Miller
30 Rock

My Name is Earl also.
I felt like the town in My Name is Earl was as close as we've seen to a live action Springfield.

I need to do a rewatch soon. This is one of the best comedies of modern TV.
Big Head FTW!

I need to finish this series. I loved it and for some reason bailed on it after 3 or 4 seasons or so. It's been long enough that I'd need a complete rewatch, but I'm good with that since the first season or two are so great.
