Ending was weak, but I was entertained for two hours. Thought the whole snake hunting was interesting.

And I don't care what anyone says, dude has some giant fricking brass balls. Going after those frickers in the jungle, at night, and even underwater with them was crazy as shite and seriously dangerous. Dude has my respect even though the eaten part was BS.

This. I thought this show was great and these guys jumping out of boats to wrestle with 20 foot long anacondas is freaking crazy.

Sure, with the suit of armor on there probably wasn't much of a chance the stand-in snake was going to be able to swallow him but it was pretty tense and disturbing watching that big snake coil up around him and try to squeeze the life out of him.

Dude has a set of big brass ones as far as I am concerned. I mean, he laid down next to a huge snake and intentionally tried to get the thing to swallow him alive. Think about that for a second. That is messed up.

I've seen pictures and can't find them right now of ancacondas that have tried to eat something to big and they die doing it because their skin busts open.

You feed them in their cage? Isn't that like a snake keeping no-no?

There are pros and cons to both methods. Many don't like to feed live prey either, but I like to keep things closer to nature's end of the spectrum.

What do y'all expect from Discovery? It's been trashy for years. Shark week is mostly fake and anyone with sense could see a real snake couldn't swallow that suit. I didn't watch, but I saw the suit on Yahoo news and knew this would be bullshite or cgi.

Looks like a tapir. Especially since anacondas are in South American and hippos are in Africa.

Discover has fallen so far. I can't believe this is the kind of crap they show.
