Thats what happen when your threat get universal level and reality wise. However for all their might they still fear the infinity guantlet and since Kang> The infinity stones, Kang is therefore stronger than Celestials.

I think also Galactus sees the Celestials as food. I could be wrong but the Avengers dont frick with Celestials, Fantastic Four do.

Saw it tonight. Enjoyed myself but did get bored in parts. At least an hour too long, if not more.

Don’t really see how this expands the lore either outside of Dane Whitman and Eros in the mid credits scene. Unless they’re setting up Galactus as the negaCelestial, the one that left their group and decided to eat planets his sibling Celestials create. Otherwise, I don’t know if I care to see any of these characters again.

Sersi and Dane have a LONG history in the comics.

Took my daughter to see it yesterday. It wasn’t captain marvel bad but it certainly wasn’t civil war good. It was a Mid level, to lower mid level marvel movie. I saw some things that could be interesting in the future, with good writing.

It has a place in the universe, but it wasn’t mind blowing.

I thought the performances were good from the cast as well

It’s just a bloated movie

Addition by subtraction is a thing when it comes to movies. Sometimes you need an editor to come in with a flame thrower.

Accurate description. It could set the table for much better movies in the future, but it was just too bloated as a film on its own.

Penelope Cruz was the only one who I thought was exceptionally bad, but I don’t think she cared.

Holy frick. That was Salma Hayek. (Had to google)

I paid even less attention than I thought.

Gonna leave that one in for posterity.

Let’s rephrase it.

Salma Hayek was the worst actor in this movie and didn’t seem to care.

The actor to play Blade in future MCU films confirmed it was him.

Supernatural energy and power > Celestials powers, we see this in Dr. Strange as he fought an existence that would have made the Celestial his bitch aka Dorammu'd.
