Her and Frasier should've ended up with each other though. I know that Niles finally grew some balls and hooked up with Daphne before she married someone else. What I watched was reruns on UPN circa 2000/2001 so any of the newer episodes after that I missed.
One of the worst things that happened on that show having them get married. That's the sort of thing you save for the series finale. Daphne became a completely different character after her marriage to Niles and a big part of the show in previous seasons was gone.

Just finished the series
Totally forgot Jason Biggs makes a cameo in the finale.
That whole flight I figured he was heading for SF but he lands in Chicago. Is he there to try and get back with whats her name?

Yes. One of the core aspects of Frasier's personality is that he remains an eternal optimist when it comes to love.

So many great ones. One that comes to mind is "Martin Loves Sherry; the Boy Just Whine"
Sherry: "Have you ever had cold duck?"
Frasier & Niles: "Just once"
Sherry: "I used to be a Vegas showgirl. Have you ever been to Las Vegas?"
Frasier & Niles: "Just once"

One of the better title puns.
My favorite Sherry episode is "Daphne Hates Sherry" where she runs to the Montana to stay with Niles during the heat wave and they're like 2 seconds away from banging the entire episode.

A Word to the Wiseguy
Daphne and Martin are sitting at the table, eating. Frasier enters,
obviously just having had a shower.
Daphne: Dr. Crane, your brother called. The court time for your tennis game is 11 o'clock.
Frasier: Oh, good Lord. I distinctly told him I wasn't available until noon.
Martin: Hey, if you're going to call him back, put it on the speakerphone.
Frasier: Don't you think this is getting a little old?
Daphne: Well I think it's just mean, is what I think.
Martin: So sue me, I enjoy it.
Frasier presses the AutoDial on the phone. Brandy answers.
Brandy: [v.o.] Good morning! Niles Crane, psy-kee-at-trist.
Martin bursts into hysterics at the table.
Frasier: Yes, is Dr. Crane there? This is his brother, Frasier.
Brandy: Oh hi, Dr. Crane. It's me, Brandy. Hang on, I'm getting another call.
She presses the wrong button and cuts Frasier off. Martin bursts
into hysterics again.

I think one of my favorite total episodes is when he and his father are at each other’s throats and he comes home to find that Martin has accidentally spilled oil on his carpet. Then they have shouting match that ends with Martin saying “that was an accident, this is on purpose,” and proceedes to squirt the oil all over Frasier.
As Frasier is having the carpet replaced he and Niles accidentally set Martin’s chair on fire and it falls over the balcony. The back and forth they have about the chair is hilarious.
To end the episode Frasier has an exact replica made. While describing it he says that he tracked down the manufacturer of the upholstery - “once I got them to admit they made it, I had them make it again,”
and he admits that Martin’s chair is now the most expensive piece of furniture in the apartment.
But I also loved the constant of little jabs he has for Roz about her promiscuity. There’s one where Roz was talking about meeting a guy from out of town and Frasier says, without missing a beat, “finally run out of men in Seattle?”
I only just a couple of years ago (2017) made a point of watching through the entire series. Having only seen it via random reruns it was fun to watch it as it evolved and I got to see a lot that was new to me. Definitely worth doing because you can knock out an episode here and there fairly quickly; I think they’re only about 23 minutes or so if you watch them on Netflix.

The Matchmaker
Niles makes this scene
quote:
Niles: There's something I have to tell you. Dad wanted to but I won the coin toss.
Frasier: Yes, what is it?
Niles: Well, I had a little chat with Tom in the kitchen and he told me he's interested in pursing a romantic relationship. But, the object of his affections is not Daphne.
Frasier: Damn that Roz!
Niles: No, no. It's you.
Frasier: Me? That's impossible, Tom's not gay!
Niles: He seems to be under that impression.
Frasier: Well, what on earth could have made him think I was interested in him? All I did was ask him if he was attached, and then we talked about the theatre and men's fashions... [clicks] Oh my God! Niles, do you realise what this means?
Niles: Yes, you're dating your boss. You of all people should know the pitfalls of an office relationship.
Frasier: Yes, but he... he just never mentioned the fact he...
Niles: [in elevator:] I'll call you tomorrow. But not too early, of course. [the doors close on Niles's laugh]

That’s one of the highest rated ones.
The Valentine’s Day one with all the vignettes is a great one.

Watched a couple last night. The one with Jerome the Valasko(sp) is one of my favorites.
“Look Niles...it’s Jerome, in my house”
Daphne “did you know his brother supplied the cement for this very building?”

When Martin pretends Niles is his boyfriend, so he won't be set up with the curator. Then when Niles "breaks it off" with him, the glare in Mahoney's eyes when he knows what just happened is absolute genius.
