I just finished the finale & series for the first time (cut the saints game off at half). Will wait until you update, before posting thoughts.

ETA: did not post in the thread before because you were running through the seasons, and I didn't want spoilers. I watched it over a couple months, maybe since May.

At this point even a shitty finale wouldn't diminish how fun I've had watching this show.

Exactly how I felt about True Detective; that terrible finale didn't change how great the episodes leading up to it were.

Lost, on the other hand, was a huge waste of time.

And Sawyer fricks things up again by not trusting Jack who's only saved everyone's lives like a thousand times already. For fricks sake dude. If he said the C4 won't do anything then you fricking trust him.

Well, to be fair. The last time he trusted Jack....

I don't see why Sawyer should trust Jack's judgement. Last time he did, he lost his wife. If anyone on that sub had a reason not to trust him, it's Sawyer.

That was my sentiment going into it as well, and it just so happened that I loved the finale anyway...thought it was just about as perfectly as they could've ended it.

I am pissed that I will be out of town today and tomorrow and won't be at a computer for this thread (will be keeping tabs on my phone as best as I can though).

Glad you've enjoyed it. Top 5 (maybe higher) series for me.

Yeah, I don't get the crew who hate a show because of a disappointing finale.

I love BSG and I really dislike the finale. Not like I am going to let one episode somehow tarnish the great 5 season ride. Same for Fringe as you will see when we get to the finale.

The Lost finale grew on me. I didn't hate it on finale night but I also didn't love it. Now I am quite content with the finale.

I thought he was going to finish it over the weekend and that i would miss most of it. I am glad he was a slacker
