as opposed to Terence Howard? to me Cheadle was 10 times Roadie than what Terence was. TH was too Whiny in the 1st movie.

Yeah I have no complaint at all with Cheadle. Never do. And thought it was a nice upgrade.

Did anyone else feel they saw atleast %50 of the movie in the previews/trailers?

that's really kind of odd considering half the trailer wasn't even in the movie.

I was disappointed that the final fight was so short.

and the birthday party scene was rather cheesy.

It's like they were glossing over his alcoholism all in one swoop. I'm assuming Favreau doesn't want to drag down the series with that storyline, although it was always one of the more interesting parts of Tony.

Probably a good move for a hero that, in this form, we'll only get one or two more movies out of.

The main things I noticed missing in the movie that was in the trailer was the scene were Pepper kisses the Ironman helmet and throws is out the plane before Tony jumps out of the plane also.

Cheadle was ok but he's 5'6". Not quite war machine material.

Just got around to seeing Iron Man 2 this weekend. It was good, obviously Downey and Cheadle are way overqualified as actors to be running around in super hero outfits but they were good.

The action was good and I thought Mickey Rourke and Rockwell nailed their parts (esp Rockwell).

One thing that was kinda odd struck me as I was leaving. Is it just considered a non issue that Downey is probably gay? Considering the type of gossip this stuff usually generates I'm just surprised - or maybe him starting out with something like Less Than Zero sets the bar for shock and he never has to come back to it as an issue? Dunno

Better than the first one.

Cheadle is a huge upgrade from Howard. Better villain in Rourke. Better supporting characters in Scarlet and Sam.

The Congressional hearing scene was incredible.

I think he's done such a great job acting like a ladies man in the movies it doesn't matter if he's gay in his personal life

His ex-wife, son, and current wife, as well as Sarah Jessica Parker probably disagree.

I dunno, if you saw him for the first time wouldn't you think so? Interesting no one talks about it at the same time people whisper about Tom Cruise for example
