truth and reconciliation camps.
Like Pu Yi went through, in The Last Emperor (1987)?

At the end of the movie you see the ultimate cancel culture moment, when Pu Yi, the last emperor, sees teenagers, marching the guy that taught him how to be a good communist through the streets in a dunce hat.

Here's that scene on YouTube

So far, the best host has been the first one that's connected to the old show.

If you want to watch something really bad, watch John Cena do Wipeout

Show came back out and he and his cohost may be the worst ever

why people feel the need to defend Dr. Oz. I’m guessing it’s because he was a trump advisor?

You're not fooling anyone - we all know that it's your demented, deranged, and extreme case of TDS that explains your insane hatred for Dr. Oz.

Had to do a little research on why Dr. Oz is hated by the left. Well now I know:

Trump has been intrigued by Oz's appearances on Fox News in which he has talked up the potential effectiveness of the anti-Malaria drug hydroxychloroquine as a way to treat the novel coronavirus, a White House official told CNN.

Oz told the truth and did not tow the MSM line.

I thought he did a fine job of hosting. Everyone did except Trump hating Couric and Nerdy Jennings.

Conservative. No shot

Mike Rowe would be great (very intelligent, perfect voice), but he's a blue collar guy and he really doesn't seem to care much for pseudo-intellectuals. He also probably leans right, but he's very apolitical. He just cares about working men and women and will work with both sides to make their lives better. Jeopardy is not a platform i think he would have any interest in. But he would be great at it.

lol Oz was a piece of shite looooooong before he got involved with the trump admin. My opinion of him has zero to do with trump as I didn’t follow his contribution to the administration in the slightest.

Jeopardy is the one place where they’re actual intellectuals.

Honestly I didn’t have a clue he had anything to do with Trump before you posted that. My opinion of him has nothing to do with Trump.

Levar Burton seems to have an enthusiastic constituency pushing for him to host.

I gotta tell you, I don't think Rogers is half bad. I'd rank him right below Richard's. Couric was horrible. Jennings doesn't have the right timbre to his voice, he sounds like a whiny mouse. And judging from his political tweets, the voice fits.

I’m a big fan of Jeopardy and cringed reading the guest host list. I rarely watch it live so I’m always a week or so behind the original airing. I’m not sure of the mechanics of the show, ie when an answer is given how the host knows it’s correct or incorrect although I assume there’s a prompter on their dais. I say this because when Alex hosted, it was pretty seamless. Some of the guest hosts have pregnant pauses between given answer and verification from host, and it ruins the ebb and flow of the game.

Here’s my breakdown so far:
Jennings - best so far but room for improvement. SO says he has a slight lisp but I don’t hear it.
Producer Mike - tied with Jennings in my book although SO says his lisp is even more pronounced. Maybe it’s her.
Couric - absolutely the worst so far. Pregnant pauses between many answers, and she comes off as Hillary Clintonish insincere.
Dr. Oz - I know nothing of him since I watch absolutely NO talk shows but I read he’s pretty well despised here. That said, I liked his performance, especially how his delivery could be curt without being an arse, much like Trebek.
A a Ron - This is a prejudiced opinion since I’ve watched him play football and hated him on the field. His performance is OK, timing, delivery, etc., but he is a smug pr*ck and there’s no fixing that. Even the SO who’s never seen him laughs when he corrects an incorrect answer like he’s known it since he was a kid.

Looking ahead there are only 1 or 2 more guest hosts that I may watch fully (I gave Couric a full week that I can never get back!) as most of them are biased “news” correspondents who piss me off before even hearing them.
