He’s the voice in the original movie

you can go cry on youtube if you’re mad about that.

Kinda have to given the story and setting.
You mean they can't find a real talking crab and a real shapeshifter?

Were they not in the budget?

Your order is way off, you’re missing some, and HTTYD is Dreamworks not Disney.

I don't know what particular derangement syndrome you suffer, but please, get over it.

yeah, i don't care. The animation --> live action trend is a ridiculous cash grab and damn near everyone is over it. Yet they (doesn't matter which studio) keep doing it because suckers 115-20+ yrs later will bring their own kids to see remakes of movies they themselves saw when they were kids. Nope, can't just reshow OLD classics and then make new things. Just recycle stuff that was popular.

Oh man a profit-seeking company is out here seeking profit? I don’t believe what this world is coming to!

How could i forget to type in Little Mermaid of Color ?

Maleficent is a twist on the old movie, so there is that.

But the news of a Mexican Sleeping Beauty is, I hope, just a rumor. After the shite storm we saw with Latina White, surely they're not that stupid, right?

Seeking profit without putting forth any effort. And fleecing investors with promises of huge returns that'll likely never pay out.

But by all means, keep at it.

What am i "projecting" ?

Do tell me. Please.

It's the most non controversial and obvious thing ever, that The Rock will live action portray the muscle bound Pacific Island spirit god that he voice acted in the animated version of the exact same telling of the live action movie.

Who else they gonna get? Jason Momoa? (Well, maybe ... ) But no. It clearly had to be Dwayne Johnson. This is so weird.

What's the point it looks like someone just used AI on the original version.

I think my particular problem with this is that’s it’s too soon after the original came out.

My daughter freaking loves both Moana movies, so my arse will be at the theatre regardless.

Moana 2 sucked - at least that's what my kids told me.

My understanding is that it was supposed to be a series, then the Mouse had it mashed together to make a movie.
