This was a dumb challenge. And another one where the duties aren’t split even remotely evenly. I was surprised so many chose the woman to do the chains. But I guess it makes sense if they were trying to not win.
Theo is such a fricking dumbass for helping with the chain over and over even with TJ warning him numerous times.
TJ: “If you touch the chain again, you’re DQ’d.”
Theo: *touches chain*
TJ:
I love Aneesa being mad that Nany won’t help her out when she’s been sucking Olivia’s dick all season. And Theo is talking mad shite about a “super alliance” when he was walking around the house with an ego high as giraffe pussy the first half of the season when they had the numbers and the super alliance.
It’s annoying as frick that there are so many people crying about running the final against good teams. Stop being a pussy and have some confidence for frick’s sake.
Turbo giving respect to Theo and Adrienne is kinda cool. Doesn’t matter if you like them or not, winning four in a row is worthy of respect. Turbo is a completely different person this season.

The smart move would have been to toss turbo and her in, guaranteeing one good team is out for the finals and you keep aneesa around for 1 more week
Also aneesa talking like she’s this elimination bad arse…

Yeah. She has won some good ones, but her Challenge wiki page says her elim record is 14-15.

How many of those came in the days of it being a glorified field day games though ? I can’t imagine her record is very good in the modern era

This was a cool challenge with the cave and the matches, but it made for a boring as frick episode.
Welp, we get a Nany breakdown finally. It was inevitable.
I do love how Nany says she’s not gonna let Will treat her like that when she was the one yelling and cussing at him the whole time. And she’s the one that made the last second side deal with Theo to not say his name.
Sydney is 100% right about Yeremi. It was the only logical move for him and smart as frick. I’m not sure why everyone is so mad at him when he was guaranteed to go in and this was his chance to save himself. I wonder if Aviv could’ve staked a claim on Theo as well. It would’ve saved her too.
Michaela is growing on me. And I really like Cedric. They will be a force in the final.
Nany is talking about how much she cares about Will and how sad she is to see him go. But she also was like “OMG YESS!!” when Michaela and Cedric won that elimination. She fricking sucks so hard. But Will seems like the type to forgive her the second she apologizes naked.
And next week we get drunk Nany losing her fricking mind. And on Sydney too? That should be entertaining.

Sydney’s confessionals are getting old, she’s trying way too hard in them. We get it

Agree with that. I like her, but her cocky bullshite is pretty tiresome sometimes.

It was a dumb move for Yeremi because Aviv is a much better competitor than Olivia but it throws everything into chaos politically so it depends on how you want to play the game. I don't think he can win a final with Olivia though.
Will is an a-hole and Nany is an emotional latina so that relationship was bound to blow up. Nany once again has terrible taste in guys. Remember when she was obsessed with the white guy from Maine who acted like he was some drug kingpin up there?

Sure, Aviv is better. I think most would agree. But he can absolutely win a final with Olivia. And politically it’s the safest way to get himself to the final.
I don’t like Olivia but she’s a solid competitor and was doing well in her final with Horacio before she for injured and forced to quit.

I don’t. Who was that?

He was the guy who would get blackout drunk and annoy all of the housemates.
Leroy, in particular, hated him.
And Leroy was the only guy in the house he respected and would back down from.
He got kicked out of the house and was replaced by Cooke, who had that one great season where she was an alternate and was partnered with Cara Maria on Rivals 2, and she absolutely carried Cara.
Believe it or not, he’s a lawyer now
I guess no one in the house knows Olivia is pregnant. Even though it’s still early on, I don’t see how a pregnant woman can win a final. Aviv absolutely could.
In my opinion, if Turbo and Sydney don’t get eliminated next episode, they are the heavy favorites in the final.
Aviv is gone, I don’t see how Yaremy can win with pregnant Olivia, I don’t see Nany and Justin winning, and Theo and Adrienne are good but they don’t have the cardio (which is crazy to say about a guy who was a borderline world class 400 meter sprinter once upon a time).
Michaela is smart and understands the game well, but there is a reason she is turning on her allies now. She knows her weakness is that she’s an average athlete. She is smart, understands the game, and is good at puzzles. I’m just skeptical Cedric can carry her physically in a long final.

This is the Challenge...you're gonna have to get WAAAAAAAAAAY more specific than that.
What's his name?

Cooke
Cooke was awesome. I definitely remember her. She was the soccer player, right?

Correct. Yeremi certainly doesn't, which is why it wasn't stupid for him to go after her and staking a claim IMO.

100%, no question. However:

I think they are the sleeper to win the whole thing. Michaela is better physically than you're giving her credit for I think. And Cedric is skinny, but he's good at almost everything this season. I would be shocked if they made a final and weren't threatening to win it.
Theo and Adrienne have no shot IMO. Nany and Justin either, even though Justin is totally super awesome at stuff (seriously guys, chill out...he's good).
So I think Yeremi and Olivia have as good a chance as anybody outside of Sydney/Turbo, provided her pregnancy doesn't actually physically prevent her from competing. So at worst they should be competing for second place, and I think Yeremi is strong enough to carry them further if necessary.
Also Turbo may not be 100% for the final, and we've seen him gas out and also seen he and Sydney struggle mightily on stuff that other teams have breezed through. I do think they are the heavy favorite, but I don't think it's a slam dunk that they run away with it based on their performances in the last month or so.
Regardless of who goes home next week though, it should at least be a fairly cmopetitive final, and that's all you can really ask for.

Adam Royer
He was on the first episode of Rivals (paired with Leroy) and got kicked off for trying to punch someone. It might have been Ty from DC. They brought Mike from Vegas as the alternate to replace him as Leroy’s partner.

really not uncommon for sprinters to lack endurance for long distance running

Man, people seem to really hate that Michaela and Cedric read the bible.
People turn insane toward the end of the game. Alliances can't ever get everybody to the final, so eventually someone is gonna have to turn on someone else. At this point they've basically ALL lied to each other, yet everyone is pointing fingers at who lied to whom. It's hilarious.
This challenge is easy as frick, physically. riding bikes for a kilometer back and forth? Not gonna lie though, I would absolutely suck at the geography part of it though.
Sydney's arrogance is so off-putting. Ugh. But Turbo not knowing how to ride a bike should be entertaining.
Nevermind, he can ride a bike. Womp womp.
They could've given Theo a bike that fits him at least.
I wonder if this is where they find out Olivia is pregnant. They are definitely teasing it with Michaela saying she hopes someone gets kicked off and audio of Olivia saying she's feeling sick.
I'm glad we got some insight from Justin on him doing gay shite with men. That was fun.
Michaela and Cedric both knock Nany/Justin on their arse. Awesome. Seems like you should definitely use the ball to hit your opponent and push them backwards.
Nany, you're not gonna win the Challenge outside of being on some larger type team that wins. You're not bad, you just aren't good enough.
Obviously Sydney and Turbo are the favorites, but I think Michaela/Cedric and Yeremi/Olivia also have a legit shot. As much as I hate Olivia sometimes she is actually good, and obviously Yeremi is one of the better male contestants we've had in a while. Michaela is good and Cedric is sneaky good/athletic. But I think her ankle will hold them back. I do think Theo and Adrienne are destined for last, but they've surprised me a couple of times this season so who knows. And Turbo and Sydney have not dominated everything.
And in the previews it looks like Turbo gasses out, which he's done this season before already. So I don't think they are necessarily gonna dominate.
Oh shite, you can stake a claim DURING the final? That should be interesting, but I actually don't like that at all. That's MTV trying a little too hard to make it dramatic.

Nany getting smoked was satisfying.
She's the worst.
She's the worst.

Looks like all the regulars in here have abandoned the show (or the thread). Basically the only one posting much is me and the one dude who keeps getting alters banned.
Oh well.
Oh well.

Every single season of the Challenge has feature teams who are automatically in elimination requesting that the others vote in a certain team. It happens every single season. Michaela and Cedric do it this season and now they are snakes? Maybe it was the way everything was edited but this was one of the more nonsensical fights I've ever seen on the show.
