In the most recent episode, I can’t figure out why the old black lady suddenly started hating the white guy neighbor. Maybe I missed it.
That was the least crazy episode yet.
That dude in Texas that didn’t like the wall was a little punk bitch. That creeper actually said he wanted the wall down because he wanted to be able to see over there. He needed an arse whipping. I see why the lady wanted a wall.

I watched the first episode. Didn't care about the Montana dispute, both were wrong and being shitty neighbors.
I couldn’t help but feel bad for anyone else who lived near those idiots. I hated them both by the end of their story.

This exactly. They did a terrible job explaining what caused the actual issue between them. No way it was because he got her a gag gift of a white privilege card.

It all started when she and her husband built their fence three feet onto his property. They admitted they didn't survey or check the property lines, they just built it where they wanted it.
The retired politician and the spiritualist woman were both nutcases. A lot of high income neighborhoods have enclaves with high walls but she does need to build to code. He was a jackass to make such a big deal because he could see onto her property.

frick you! But she also shouldn't be attracting every street cat within four blocks. Definition of public nuisance; it's not Istanbul, lady.
But Ep 3... did you notice how many cameras that guy had pointed at the other guy's yard (disguised as bird houses on the pole?) There aren't that many cameras pointed at the nuke storage bunkers at Barksdale.

No. Go back. She built the fence because she was pissed off at him. Why? Don’t know. Maybe because they tricked him into saying the N word and then labeled him a racist? Who knows?

The reason why the fence was built doesn't change the fact that they built it on his property. The black lady is 100% the one in the wrong in this situation.

Was saying the N word before or after him sending the official White Privilege Card? Because she joked with him about white privilege then got pissed when he sent the card. He said "it was a good joke at the wrong time."
If you want to build a fence to block out your neighbor that's perfectly fine, but three feet onto your neighbors yard, in an already small lot, gtfo. I wouldn't have recorded it and posted it on youtube but I would have torn down the fence immediately and called the permit office. Permit office would have shut it down immediately and fined either the homeowner if they were doing it themselves or the contractor they hired.
I see both sides of the ex senator and weirdo scam artist cult lady. I personally thought the fence was pretty bad arse, but again, if code is only allowing 3ft, as a contractor, it's just completely retarded to build it 8ft. I would have been fine with both of them getting their teeth knocked out in the end. Both were very scummy people.

The dumbass contactor saying "They are using pieces of what I said during the inspection against us."....Yeah because your an idiot.

I can't remember. I think it may have been before and then you would be right that it was most likely the card that sent her over the edge. Folks, pay attention to how he got tricked. They were buddy buddy with him, said he was part of the family, said he could say the N-word, he said he was not wanting to, they kept pushing him and pushing him to do it. That was strange behavior. Then as soon as he does something they don't like, they were all yelling, HE'S A RACIST!!!!!!

I watched the first two episodes and I've seen the Judy Justice with the cats. I would hate the neighbors on episode 2 more.
Episode 1 I don't know. I fee guy is a conspiracy nut but he just wants the gate open for his horses.
My solution there would be to install a cattle grate in the road.
But the other guy owns the land.

The beach thing I've seen before because a back street boy is involved.
On that I think no beach is really private. But on the same coin you pay all that money for the beach why aren't the people on the public beach?

That one is weird because they both want to kill the other. Over some grass?

Having a neighborhood farm would SUCK.

Beaches are weird because I believe most rights (when we're talking public/private) are only the dry sand areas (above the tide line). So in most places the public can sit along the wet sand/water.
So you can restrict someone entering on your dry sand property somewhere like Florida, but they legally can walk up from public access/entry and post up along the water.
Which makes a lot of sense. We always stayed at a mom and pop place in Treasure Island (and there's a shite ton of dry sand before the tide line) and people would walk up and down the beach all day long but were generally respectful of the area in front of the condos.
What happens is you get people who think people can't even walk up and down the beach at all and want to claim even wet sand as their private property.
I understand wanting to keep people off the dry sand if they're doing destructive shite. But ol' Bob Freshwater working on his skin cancer just looked like an idiot trying to bully folks off the sand.

I joked with the fiance that if a neighbor in our suburb pulled that, some of those pigs would start going missing and the RecTeq would be working overtime.

The whole time I was thinking how this whole issue would be ,mostly solved if they put up a rope or chain "barrier/fence" (like below) marking where public access ended. Sure some would ignore it and try to set up on the private side of the rope but it'd be much easier for the dipshit manager or a cop to say "hey, you see this clearly marker line? you have to be on the other side of it."

I don't know that I want to stare at a fence on the private side if I'm lounging at the beach (unless you're talking about moving it up between the houses to restrict who can walk on). That'd be a huge eye sore.

The rope would go from wet sand to the beach access point in a straight line like below (could have a MUCH smaller sign and no need for rocks). It would barely be notciable but would give clear direction to public beach goers that beyond that point is private. Its not like it would go the length of the ocean or anything. If a small rope barrier is too much for the rich assholes then they deserve to have people shitting on their porch. You have an issue, don't turn the solution down because its not perfect.
