Well no, usually we stay on site. Whatever resort we can get for cheapest that includes early park admission.

That's true. But sometimes the line for Hogwarrs Express is over an hour long. In that case since I've done it so many times I'll just walk between parks.

Express Passes would have been an absolute waste of money when we went. I would not recommend.
I hear Christmas is unbelievably crowded so maybe that would be when to get them.

I've never been when I thought, "man, I wish I had those." Sometimes I'm jealous when I see people who get to skip me in the line, but I never miss out on anything I want to do that day because I couldn't skip a line.

This is an odd thread. OP wanted to talk about how Disney won't stack up to Nintendo with their new movie offering. High number of downvotes.

Got derailed a little. My original purpose in talking about Nintendo land at Universal is because they even have Princess Peach's castle there and she comes around and takes pics with people. Universal is completely stealing Disney's thing, and doing it better.

I have not been in several years, but last time I was there, the single rider lines were much faster than the express, and it is free.
Many will say they don’t want to split up and get stuck with a stranger, but it was worth it to us. We would still wait in line together and get together afterwards to talk about it. It’s not like you have huge discussions while riding the ride.

We will definitely be doing this as our kids get older. Youngest is now 6, so we're pretty close to feeling comfortable with all of us riding separately. Single rider is definitely awesome and I don't understand why more people don't use it.

Point out where I said it won't make money.
But the facts are made well enough in the video.
Toy Story came out in '95. Andy is like 40 by now. Several of the original voice actors are now gone. And none of them are getting any younger. The 'toys' are relics from the 50's and 60's, for the most part.
Where as Mario Bros universe just keeps expanding. It's an evergreen IP.
Of course, none of that means the actual story can't be made that makes for a good movie. Hell, Pinocchio can still be made, if done right.
But all I said is that it's likely one will do much better than the other. And I don't have a dog in this fight. Just my 2 cents.

Not all *Disney* movies are the same.
Hell, most of 2020+ Disney movies make John Carter look like a masterpiece.
