Again I’ve never given an opinion on the movie, you just continue to lie about that. I glance at the thread for box office updates and every time I do I see you and your girlfriend making up stories about me and that’s all I comment on. So again your dishonesty and hypocrisy creates these arguments. You’re not interesting, your commentary blows so you gossip about me for attention.

There's an undertow of arrogance and preachyness with today's Hollywood that refuses to accept there's balance to be achieved. They're still fighting for the pretend #MeToo nonsense and cosplaying as concerned male feminists. The audience is not caring about that, and that's why Hollywood is failing. Bigly.

Watched it in IMAX last night. I thought it may have been a tad too humorous but the action easily made up for it. Just give Dan a blank check and let him make as many Predator movies as he wants.

The movie was good. Most of the hate comes from people who didn't see it based on pirated reviews.
Drinker said he couldn't tell one planet from another? Really the dessert of Yatjua Prime was the same as the lush jungle of Genna? I Wonder if he and others even saw it orc watched parts of bootlegs.
It wasn't Predator 1987 it was is own thing. But it makes sense that a culture with advanced space flight and tech had more to it than hunting in the jungle.
Dek was a runt of the dessert clan. We've usually only seen jungle clan predators before.
It makes sense they look different.
But to hate a movie you won't watch based on 3rd party videos is silly.
Of course not everyone will love it. But it was a good all around movie.
Where your wrong. No man is trying to kill the alien or the little creature. The Kalisk is wanted alive for its regenetative abilities. They also decide to capture the Yatjua. But then decide since it's deformed and a runt that it isn't worth collecting.
The humans aren't really evil or actually they don't have humans. Just synths. Sent by Mut/hr to collect the Kalisk.
Dek comes to that planet as every Yatjua who goes to it dies and he feels he can prove himself by surving and taking a trophy there. If he didn't accept help from Thia he would have died.
By not only accepting help but also helping Bud he was spared by the Kalisk. The Kalisk is invicible and heals faster than Deadpool.
Bud isn't really Disney fied and he bites the head off the dad and helps Dek find his own clan.
Was it a prefect movie? No.
Was it a top 3 Predator movie? Yes.
It allows a new audience to see the movie. We can't make 1987 Predator again. 2018 tried that and it sucked.
Truth is your more upset that people like this and that its a hit.

You want to make this a basic space warrior + android buddy movie, fine by me. But it's laughable to call this on par with the actual Predator series.

Predator, and Predator 2 followed the same formula. Had they made that movie again it would have bombed like 2018 Predator or 2010 Predators (which I liked). Stans? Oh 100% Predator 1987 is a better movie.
I'm not saying it isn't.
But for a continuation of the Yatjua lore this was pretty good. Great even. As you can see more than 9/10 posters here who actually saw it liked it. The people shitting on it didn't see it and are basing opinions based only off of YouTube videos.
Wait for it to stream. But it's worth watching. It's not a bomb like many other Predator movies were. I don't understand how you so often decide what is good or bad without watching. You do this a lot.
Is it too much for you to actually afford to go to the movies?
