i think his seriousness was measured perfectly. he used this opportunity to present himself as a normalized man, and i thought he did it quite well, while keeping it funny. he might be the only roastee who actually needed this roast.

I have to agree. I wasn't expecting it to be this good. I thought too much time had passed since Sheen was really in meltdown mode. Plus a roast without Geraldo worried me. They killed it though. Great stuff, I lol'd throughout.
